am kommenden Wochenende ist Marc Lendfers (aus Amsterdam) in Karlsruhe.
Freitag-Abend gibt es eine "Shake your Buddha"-WAVE. Keine Anmeldung erforderlich, einfach hinkommen. Wir werden sehr viel Platz haben, da wir im Alten Rathaus Bulach tanzen werden.
Für den Wochenend-Workshop (Samstag-Sonntag) TRANCE - formations gibt es noch Plätze, so dass kurzentschlossene noch daran teilnehmen können (Ort: Tanzfoyer im Gewerbehof, Steinstr. 23).

“Trance is a tricky place” = Gabrielle Roth, the founder of the 5Rhythms
We are looking for the trance from within. The dance where we will dance ourselves out of the way to make place for the soulful dances, the ones that transform, the ones that lift us up. When we can let go and reach out from a bigger mind, we can fly, with our feet holding the line, and only the beat to follow. We plug in to our imaginative world of true creativity, where the dance is effortless and transforms from one into another. We dance through the Rhythms to wake us up and become more light, playfull and creative, layer after layer. Repetition helps us to store the new given teachings in cells of our bodies. This weekend we will re-connect the relationship between body, heart and mind where they support each other, moving in one direction. Let’s dance and trance.
